September 26, 2026 — the first entry window opens.
October 15, 2026 — last date for an entry to be considered for Early Harvest. Entries received after this date cannot be designated as Early Harvest.
By November 10, 2026 — Early Harvest winners are announced.
December 31, 2026 — competition samples must be received. The shipping date does not count.
The producer or the brand owner. An importer or distributor can also enter, with written authorization from the brand owner.
No. One oil from one lot is one entry.
If the same oil from the same lot is entered by more than one party, the entry authorized by the brand owner is the one evaluated. Duplicate entries are not evaluated.
